The 12th International Conference on "Research in High Magnetic Fields" (RHMF 2018) will take place in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA, June 24-29, 2018. This Conference is devoted to all aspects of research in high magnetic fields and covers areas such as magnetism, semiconductor physics, superconductivity, studies of strongly correlated electron systems, low-dimensional and nano-scale materials, spin liquids, topological materials, molecular systems, high magnetic field technology, and new high-field experimental techniques. The Conference is hosted by the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory-Pulsed Field Facility at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Abstract submission begins February 12, 2018.

The 9th International Conference on Highly Frustrated Magnetism 2018 (HFM 2018) will be held at the University of California, Davis campus, in Davis, California from the 9th to the 14th of July, 2018. It will feature presentations reporting on experimental and theoretical studies of magnetic frustration, in all of its manifestations. Topics include; Kitaev Quantum Spin Liquids, Two dimensional frustrated systems, Pyrochlore/Spin Ice systems. This conference will serve as a satellite to the International Conference on Magnetism ICM 2018 (July 16-20) in San Francisco, California, allowing participants to coordinate travel to both meetings (if they wish). Additionally, attendees can enjoy the locations proximity to the wine country (Napa Valley) in Northern California and not far from major natural resorts at Lake Tahoe and Yosemite National Park.
July 22-27, 2018
University of California, Santa Cruz, California
The 23rd International Colloquium on Magnetic Films and Surfaces (ICMFS-2018), will be held from July 22-27, 2018 in the United States for the first time in over 33 years! Located on the beautiful campus of the University of California in Santa Cruz CA, USA. It will consist of Invited talks given by world leading experts from research institutes, universities and industry as well as an extensive poster session where attendees are encouraged to share their work. The Colloquium aims at exchange of new results and ideas for advancing the field of magnetism at surfaces, interfaces, in micro- and nanostructures as well as spin-dependent phenomena. Participants can also plan to conveniently travel just 80 miles north of Santa Cruz CA to then attend the International Conference on Magnetism to be held from July 16-20, 2018 in San Francisco, CA.
